Every year at Real Art, we pick out a coworker's name from a hat and make them a Christmas present. I got Andy Nick, and I turned him into a pirate. Here are some progress shots of the illustration. I don't have a good scan/pic of the final yet. I'll have to purloin it from Andy so I can post it.
